When purchasing you agree to abide by the Shipping Terms & Conditions:
All Orders are dispatched from Sydney via Couriers or Australia Post.
Full delivery address is required if you elect shipping via couriers, as couriers will not deliver to a P.O. Box nor a Post Office.
No P.O. Box is accepted unless you elect the shipping via Australia Post quoted option, so please ensure full delivery address is provided to avoid any delays.
It is the purchasers responsibility to ensure the delivery address entered is correct, and any re-direction of orders due to an incorrect address will incur additional fees and payable by the purchaser. It is essential that you enter the correct suburb name, postcode, and state, without any spelling mistakes to ensure a correct shipping quote is given you.
If you are having your order delivered to your door, please ensure you leave clear instructions as to 'where on the property' the couriers can leave your item, if you are not home at the time of delivery. Generally, the couriers will NOT phone prior to delivery, so please be sure to unlock any gates, once your order is dispatched & on the way.
If you have elected for delivery to a courier depot (for your collection) - Depot pick-up days are strictly Mon - Fri.
Most depots are open between 9am and 5pm weekdays. However, some country depots are restricted to 10am - 4pm. rerr
Please double check all your details, including products selected, before final checkout to ensure a smooth transaction.
BLANTs reserves the right to decline a sale in the event of a system technical error where no shipping fee / incorrect shipping fee has been added to the order.
We ship a high volume of orders each week, in most cases without issue. On very rare occasions products have been damaged in transit. If you have received your order in less than optimum condition and you desire us to take action, please take photos and email them to us, and where possible, to write on the consignment note 'Damaged' as this will assist us with claims. Our policy is to promptly forward you a replacement once we receive the above.
In the unlikely event you have not received your order within 8 business days after placing your order, please ensure you notify us immediately so we can quickly track & ascertain its' wherabouts. Notifying us any later than 8 business days limits our capacity to effectively track your order, and we may not be liable for replacement or reinbursement.
