Fantastic product. I buy the 4 kg tubs and share with family and friends. I take MSM twice daily and it’s made an amazing difference to my joints, skin and energy levels. I gave it to a friend with a severe all-over-body outbreak of hives, and it cleared it within an hour. Most of us are deficient in suphur and don’t even realise it until we start taking MSM and notice the positive difference to our bodies. MSM also has minimal side effects so most people can take it without any problems. Best to start off with 1/2 teaspoon and increase it over a period of a few weeks. My 3 year old granddaughter with asthma can take it without any problems too. I’ve read some incredible stories of healing in a book on MSM (there are several on the market), but you have to continue taking it every day. It doesn’t store in the body, so its efficacy is lost if you don’t keep taking it. You do however, start to feel the benefits immediately.
