I love this stuff! I have been buying Magnesium flakes from Blants for quite a few years now (in the 20kg bag), via delivery or pick up from their warehouse in Kingsgrove. The process is quick and easy. I regularly bathe in the salts (especially after a work out) and I sleep like a baby afterwards. Alternatively, I soak my feet in a few cups of the flakes, it certainly helps my muscles relax and my feet and muscles feel fantastic afterwards. I cannot recommend the Blants magnesium chloride flakes highly enough, such great quality.
