The first time I purchased these flakes I was astounded by the difference from flakes I had bought elsewhere. I use them in a foot soak every day and on days that have been particularly stressful I know that at the 15 minute mark of my feet soaking up the magnesium, I literally feel my muscles relax. The large bag is good value for money making it easy to use them without having to ration.

Add this directly into machine with clothes as a boost to my front loader wash loads. Clothes are clean and very importantly the machine is too. We had a service done on our machine and the technician was amazed for the age of the machine and the fact that it is a front loader (front loaders are notoriously mouldy) that it was so clean. I put it down to using this product together with leaving the door ajar when not in use. I also use it as a paste for small mould spots in the shower grout - wipe it away after a few hours then rinse - works great.
