How do you use MSM?

Amount may vary considerably per individual. We do need to say, ‘contact your healthcare professional for a suggested protocol’. for those of you whol would wing it on your own, we offer the following suggestion. It is only a suggestion, not a professional protocol. Proffessional protocols can only be given by professionals.
Start with 1/2 (half) teaspon per day dissolved in a glass of water or juice. Test your body – after a few days, ask yourself, how do I feel on this amount? Do I feel the same, a little better or not? You may wish to increase to 1/2 (half) a teaspoon morning and night – once again test your own body. You might do this until you reach 1 teaspoon twice daily. You need to ‘listen’ to what your body is telling you. Some take more than this. We can only suggest do some reasearch or contact your healthcare professional.
