Orders that are dispatched with couriers are dispatched with ‘Authority to Leave’ at your door.

Some customers prefer to have their order delivered to a depot for their collection for various reasons like –

• Not safe to leave items at their door if they are not home.
• Or they live in a gated complex / security building and couriers are unable to access their front door if no-one was home at the time of delivery.
• Or they live in a remote area and don’t mind collecting their order from a depot or agent to lessen delivery costs.
• Or are holidaying somewhere and need a product delivered.
• And some business customers travel to conventions and trade shows and it’s easier to have products delivered to a depot rather than taking bulky items on their journey.
