If you elect to have your order delivered to a courier depot/or agent for your collection – Depot pick-up days are strictly Mon – Fri.
Most depots are open between 9am and 5pm weekdays. However, some country depots are restricted to 10am – 4pm.
Therefore, please keep this in mind as there are many depots across Australia and their trading hours vary from depot to depot.

*Note – if ordering multiple items please track your order online and ensure all items have arrived at the depot before heading out there to avoid a second trip, as some items cannot be taped together due to weight and may get separated in transit as couriers are sorting onto trucks.
