You can elect at checkout to have your order delivered to a depot for your collection.

If you have elected delivery to a courier depot for your collection – Depot pick-up days are strictly Mon – Fri.
Most depots are open between 9am and 5pm weekdays. However, some country depots are restricted to 10am – 4pm.
Therefore, please keep this in mind as there are many depots across Australia and their trading hours vary from depot to depot.

If you choose to have your order delivered to a courier depot we will email you the Tracking Number so you can track it online to know when it has arrived at the depot. Some couriers may also email you or phone you when your order is ready for collection. If multiple items have been ordered please ensure all items have arrived at the depot before heading out there.

When your order will be despatched:
Orders are generally dispatched from our Sydney warehouse the next business day after your order is received, or once payment has been received (if you have elected to pay via bank transfer).
