Dear customers,

We have been absorbing continual rising prices in intrastate and interstate shipping throughout 2010 and into 2011.  We intend to continue absorbing them as long as we can.  We are hoping to discover a more economical shipping alternative before too long.

Meanwhile, if you were familiar with our shipping you would be aware of the 4 options we offered: 'Door-Door', 'Depot-Door' or 'Door-Depot' with 25% savings, and 'Depot-Depot' with 50% savings.

A method of curtailing rising prices and keep shipping inexpensive is to use these options to our advantage.

'Door-Door' and 'Door-Depot' options are no longer available.
We now have 2 options available: 'Depot-Door' and 'Depot Pick-Up'.  In simple language it means this:  The courier no longer picks up from our warehouse, but instead, we transport all orders to the couriers' depot and they will on-forward it to your door....An instant saving of 25% !  To enable us to do this we will reduce our dispatch to twice per week.  You may save further by electing 'Depot Pick-Up' and picking up from a depot nearest to you, as listed in 'Depot Locations'.  As they say "But wait, there's more".....To save you even more on shipping, we are further absorbing part of the delivery fee so we can continue to provide an economical service.
